Fats and Oils - From All Perspectives
This meeting will showcase innovations in fats and oils research from Canada and around the world. Papers from all areas of lipid science are encouraged, to be presented in multi-disciplinary sessions including:
- Edible Fats and Oils
- Processing and Supply
- Industrial Lipids
- New Oils and Oilseed Innovations
The organizing committee especially encourages graduate students to present at the meeting and travel bursaries will be available to qualified graduate students who are presenting. In addition, awards will be presented for the best student oral and poster presentations.
